Getting a webhook each time a certain response play is triggered

Hi team,
Hope I can explain myself clear enough.

I am trying to get a webhook each time a certain response play is being triggered (in order to trigger some python code).

How is this possible to do? I got a bit lost with the documentation.
What I am wishing to get in this webhook is the incident details.

For our Generic Webhooks v2, these are the only native webhooks available: https://developer.pagerduty.com/docs/webhooks/v2-overview/#webhook-types

It’d be a great feature request to ask for webhooks when a response play is triggered.
